Comment 2 for bug 1135793

This is a mini-feature, which we should no longer be adding as we are past the deadline. I am temporarily changing the status of the main blueprint https://blueprints.launchpad.net/quantum/+spec/quantum-scheduler out of implemented state, as this bug should really be considered part of that blueprint and thus part of the FFE. However, we need to have all such work done by friday.
