    Temporary allow to fail Trunk rally tests

    We have stability issues with Trunk driver optimalizations [0].
    In meantime neutron rally jobs sync has been merged [1] that
    enabled Trunk scenarios.
    Lets allow those rally tests failures, rollback [0] and in meantime fix it.
