Remove the cisco_nexus driver in ml2conf.ini file and saw the same issues after the Network node reboot.

1. DHCP namespace is created automatically.
2. DHCP port binding failure.

/etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini:
mechanism_drivers =openvswitch /* remove cisco_nexus */
