I have a similar issue for netplan support for Flow control configuration :

       RxFlowControl

       TxFlowControl

       AutoNegotiationFlowControl

in systemd.link(5)

Should netplan add a passthrough option like it does for NetworkManager ?

Should I create an other bug report ?
