https://www.freedesktop.org/software/systemd/man/systemd.link.html has a number of [Link] options which I need to use for a flaky network card (TCPSegmentationOffload, TCP6SegmentationOffload, GenericSegmentationOffload, GenericReceiveOffload, LargeReceiveOffload) which are not exposed via netplan.
