I removed the wine profile by type
rm -Rf ~/.wine-browser
and the programm by
sudo dpkg --purge netflix-desktop

Following to that I just reinstalled it by
sudo apt-get install netflix-desktop

and it worked :-)

(I think the Silverlight update made is crash)
