As I pointed in this bug report, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netbook-launcher/+bug/605996, the bug still present, but i discovered that renaming apps with shorter names and rebooting, solves the issue, at lest for me and apps involved.

Try this workaround
