Hi,

I would say to follow the specifications, if they are available :)
If not, I think it would be nice to see the access rights. For the situation
you have described, when they are mixed, it should say something like
"(mixed access rights)" (which should be unselectable). I will think about
it when I have the time and I will send you another ideea, as well
