no terminal in nautilus menu, nautilus-open-terminal installed

Running dapper flight3, I installed nautilus-open-terminal and when I right-click on the desktop, there's no Open "Terminal"

mea culpa for not trying a reinstall before reporting. I reinstalled nautilus-open-terminal, but it still didn't show up until I rebooted. I'm guessing loggin out and back in would have been enough though. (but I had already rebooted several times after installing it the first time before submitting)

nautilus needs a restart to refresh the menu, by 'pkill nautilus' or similar.

I see that this is still triaged. There's a patch that might fix this over at #107400.
