Comment 60 for bug 290136

can someone link to the bug in nautilus or wherever this is supposedly being fixed? the average user definitely assumes this is a DO issue and they have no way to lobby support for a fix or to monitor status of the fix. this often happens in launchpad that an interested user wants to see if a bug has been reported or how close a fix is but the upstream location of that bug and its status are hard to find. too much digging and bugs just linger for forever. we're on karmic now and still no fix for something that appears rather trivial/quick to fix.
