I experienced this behavior once, but then the home folder opened as usual. I am fairly certain that this is not a Do bug, as the Home item is backed by a launcher file, and it is indexed and executed in the same fashion as any other launcher file; also, Nautilus clearly tries to open the folder (displays "Starting Home"), so it really appears to be more of a Nautilus issue than a Do issue.
