Hauppauge HVR-1300 seen as DVB-S

I Installed Mythbuntu 9.10 Alpha 6 (downloaded from main mythbuntu site on 9/24) just to see if my Intel D945GCLF2 s-video output now supports PAL because previous installed 9.04 wasn't.
After installation has finished I configured HVR-1300 - EIT scan and then tried to make a channel scan but tuner found nothing. Then I launched the update manager and installed all the packages were proposed but nothing changed.
By reconfiguring the tuner card I’ve seen that DVB-0 is shown as DVB-S and not as DVB-T as expected.

I am living in Turin (Italy) and I am getting trouble with channel scanner since I updated my mythbuntu 9.04, in fact if I wish find all channels available I must run channel scan immediately after the installation has finished otherwise some channels are missing.
The channels ar missed are:
Program L.C.N.
Rai Uno 1
Rai Due 2
Rai Tre 3
Rai 4 19
All belonging to MUX A
Band Channel Pol Azimut
UHF 30 h 130
The above information even belonging to the previous 9.04 release are given only to make better tuning the new channel scan.

Upon Bug #436564 has reported since the behaviour is the same I met the current bug could be marked as duplicated.
