I had the same situation, first on ubuntu 20.04 and now still on ubuntu 20.10.
I have USB keyboard nad usb mouse. I am using mapping for my USB mouse (btnx-config library) so I can map my button as keyboard keys, I was noticing small freezes but I though it was library problem. But later I wanted to create a simple keylogger from python keyboard library and simple script which always when I press d it also press r in system keyboard. When I did it many times, my computer freeze for few seconds, even minute and this warning occurs in syslog.
Is it going to be solve in 21.04?
