Comment 2 for bug 501488

I use a combination of Wi-Fi and mobiles own internet as secondary connection. The message disappears quickly but the first part reads:
"Problem occurred fetching notices please wait and retry"
The notices will update when I manually press update, I do not think it is a signal problem.
