Comment 5 for bug 1458268

The second issue listed appears to be the same as the "bad year" bug [1], as you suggest. I'm not so sure what would cause the song name not to change. It could be that when the "database is locked" error is hit the app can not proceed with changing the displayed song name.

I'll mark this as a duplicate.
