Comment 0 for bug 1539220

It's currently tribal knowledge — how you can retrigger a failed CI. We should enhance it to add comment to jenkins on failure:

smth like: "If you believe, that the error is not related to your change: retrigger the CI with 'retrigger murano-ci'"

Also. it seems, that 3d-party CI's have standardised their rechecks to be "recheck xxx", rather then "retrigger xxx". We should verify that with infra folks and as part of this bug enhance CI with those.
