After ActionDirectory application have been deployed i looked into the murano agent log and found few messages like

09/09/2015 13:41:17 Warn: <PlanExecutor> Cannot deserialize previous execution result System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Murano\Agent\plans\7b76b654b75545be9f9f3d6cf5a9af74.json.result'.

The last result file was presented at the disk and file permissions looks good
