before
$ cat meta/io.murano/Resources/Agent-v1.template | file -
/dev/stdin: XML 1.0 document, UTF-8 Unicode (with BOM) text

after
$ cat meta/io.murano/Resources/Agent-v1.template | file -
/dev/stdin: XML document text
