I suggest to revert https://github.com/stackforge/murano/commit/884c1032f3ca4d35adacc1a83f495fa79080b69d
since this name introduced only in Kilo and router_id property together with subnet_id will be supported in both Juno and Kilo - so murano in kilo will be compatible with heat-kilo and heat-juno
