Looks like some openvswitch issue which is hard to debug without openvswitch logs (no openvswitch/ dir on compute nodes in the snapshot). Need snapshot with openvswitch logs (var/log/openvswitch/) or live repro for further debugging.

What is reproducibility of the bug?
