Comment 10 for bug 1498867

I've done the test in 9.0, memcached is not causing the slowdown. However if I completely poweroff one of the controllers, a visible latency increase appears. With two controllers out of 3 down, the latency increases even more. I have created a new bug for this issue - https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1621541.
