Comment 6 for bug 1581435

Setting it to Won't fix for MOS 8.0, since it has Medium Importance and not a customer-found bug. Plus we have other concern here: since this patch hadn't been taken into stable branches of upstream horizon, it could complicate our backporting process.

I will try to push a patch to upstream's Liberty branch.
