Alexander, RabbitMQ failed over slowly because of bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1543154 So either we need to port fix for it from 9.0, or in the test case just wait for RabbitMQ cluster to 'stabilize'. That should take less than 10 minutes.
