Comment 53 for bug 1543951

Verified on MOS 8.0 + MU2 updates.

Actual results:
If reboot compute node-4 on cluster (3 controllers + 3 computes) and after node is up, nova-compute service is enabled on this node, there is no errors in nova-compute.log.
