We also need to add a dependency on libvirtd to nova-compute-(qemu|kvm) upstart script (note, that we don't need this if e.g. vmware, ironic or any other virt driver used) to close this properly (although, in 9.0 it already works due to the fact that nova-compute will die and be restarted by upstart, if libvirtd is not available).
