Scenario:
1. Deploy cluster with two computes and three controllers
2. Migrate fuel master to compute
3. Reboot compute with fuel-master via reboot -f/reboot command
4. Wait till compute and fuel-master come up
5. Reconnect to fuel-master
6. Run OSTF tests
7. Run Network check
8. Check statuses for master’s services
