Comment 0 for bug 1538616

Due to bug verification https://bugs.launchpad.net/mos/+bug/1534568 I found another bug - "nova list" fails if instance name consist unicode characters.

root@node-1:~# nova list
ERROR (UnicodeEncodeError): 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\u2665' in position 4: ordinal not in range(128)
