Tempest test "test_volume_backup_export_import" doesn't work in MOS.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install mos-tempest-runner into the Fuel master node (https://github.com/Mirantis/mos-tempest-runner).
2. Run the test.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Test "test_volume_backup_export_import" passed.

ACTUAL RESULT:
Test "test_volume_backup_export_import" failed. Tempest traceback is http://paste.openstack.org/show/405326/ .

ENVIRONMENT:
Ubuntu, Neutron with tunneling segmentation, Ceph for volumes, Ceph for images, Ceilo and Sahara enabled, 1 (controller + mongo), 1 (compute + ceph-osd).
