Steps to reproduce:
Login to Horizon as an administrator
Navigate to Murano -> Application Catalog -> Environments
Hit 'Create environment' button
Set valid Environment Name length >= 127
Hit 'Create' button
Expected result:
Long environment name doesn't break Horizon page layout
Actual result:
Long environment name breaks Horizon page layout (see attachments)
