Comment 22 for bug 1454174

I replaced three code amqpdriver.py/common.py/impl_rabbit/py from mos6.1 to my fuel 6.0/2014.2 environment, this bug was fixed.
And while the rabbitmq primary node was shutdown, nova-compute service on compute node will be marked as down for a short while, then all set-up again. FYI
