The documentation should recommend users to plan the networking capacity carefully, which is:
* either to put management and private (i.e. tenant) tagged networks at different physical interfaces
* or configure QoS for a single bond interface case.
* Never use Neutron with GRE encapsulation for heavy loaded OpenStack environments as the current implementation of GRE networking would transfer all user instances traffic via management interfaces
