1. Navigate to the CONTROLLER node
2. execute command:
    $ source openrc
3. execute command:
    $ cinder create 20 --display-name volume_test1
4. Navigate to th cinder node and execute:
    $ reboot
$ On the controller node execute:
     $ cinder create 20 --display-name volume_test2
