Actually the very last released version of libvirt is 1.2.9.

The libvirt 1.3.0 has not released yet and doesn't exist.
And it was done on purpose to disable the "live snapshotting" feature, as I got it.

So the request to upgrade libvirt to ver 1.3.0 was probably a misunderstanding.

Please close the issue, or change severity of the bug from high to a lower value (don't forget about it).

This is really crappy solution from the upstream: require the newer version rather than accept the fact that the feature is broken and remove it.
