Timofey have confirmed that the live migration occurs in MOS in the peer2peer mode and not in tunnelled mode.

That makes merged libvirt changes [1] suitable to implement the selective block device migration in nova hence fixing that bug.

However, this is to be implemented upstream.

Hence, moving this to "Won't Fix" in MOS.
