Comment 34 for bug 1340711

This bug is fixed in 5.1.1 and later releases. If you encounter this problem on 5.1, you can fix it
by reinstalling all packages related to python-oslo from the appropriate repository
and restarting all the OpenStack services on all the target nodes:
