After update also 'same' plugin versions seen in Plugins->Updates

Bug Description
When updated plugins in plugins->updates by pressing 'update all' .Waited till update is over i.e till the message comes up 'Empty section: All plugins updated' .Pressed 'back' button and then again entered Plugin->updates , I could see the same plugins again in updates,the plugins were still there.This is happening on both linux as well as on windows , don't see any stack trace.Also the plugins with 'update' versions seem to be there in 'plugins' folder.
1.Go to ~/.moovida , delete the plugins folder
2.Launch Moovida,wait till all recommended plugins installed
3.Goto updates , press update all
4.Wait till message comes up 'Empty section: All plugins updated'
5.Press 'back'
6.Again enter updates
Expected Result : Should not see already updated plugin versions
Current Result : Can see updated plugin versions
