Available plugin updates list not updated

Steps to reproduce:

1) Remove all versions of the weather plugin from the ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/
2) Download version 0.2 (http://launchpad.net/elisa-plugin-weather/trunk/0.2/+download/elisa_plugin_weather-0.2-py2.5.egg) and drop it in ~/.elisa-0.5/plugins/
3) Edit your configuration file (~/.elisa-0.5/elisa_0_5_6.conf): set the auto_update_plugins option of the [plugin_registry] section to False
4) Start Elisa, you will be informed that plugin updates are available, refuse (click Later)
5) Go to Plugins/Updates
6) Click to update the weather plugin to a more recent version
7) Close the informative popup
8) Go back to the Plugins section (backspace)
9) Go again into Updates

Expected result: the update for the weather plugin is not listed anymore.

Current result: the update for the weather plugin is still listed, as if the update had failed.
