Last time it was there it was due to the CancellableDeferred returned by GstMetadataClient not being cancelled properly. Two pieces of code could be wrong: FilesystemController not calling cancel correctly on the deferreds or GstMetadataClient not cancelling correctly the same deferreds.

The bug is specially visible if you have an empty thumbnails cache and scroll very quickly in the grid.
