Bug Description
Since bug #242985 was fixed, the subprocess for the gst_metadata client is launched in a python.exe console that shows up on top of the Elisa UI (even in fullscreen mode) and stays on top of it.
Moreover it is identified as python.exe in the list of tasks.
Launching the gst_metadata_client subprocess should not bring up any window, it should be a background task identified by another name.
Steps to reproduce:
1) On windows, launch Elisa
2) Shortly after the whole UI is displayed, an empty console window is brought up on top of the UI

Launching the subprocess with pythonw.exe will fix this bug.
