Bug Description
This bug was introduced when a new launcher was created.
As stated in Bug #231893, the prevention to launch multiple instances of Elisa is missing in the new launcher.
1) Launch Elisa
2) Minimize Elisa
3) Launch Elisa Again
4) 1st Instance of Elisa, gets window focus.
