made apple remote work with standard windows hid drivers, access through hid reports.
boot camp ir driver has to be deactivated/replaced for use in Elisa.
for now driver has to be switched manually via system manager, working on automatic switching/back-switching.

Was working as stated above, but now with using an installer generated Elisa-launcher this is not true anymore.
Other things that have been in the launcher and are missing now:
- Disabling of screen saver
- Preventing from launching multiple instances

It is not possible to handle the apple remote under windows Vista.
The driver installed by bootcamp does not provide access to the volume key. The only way to handle them is to change the driver, but it's working only under windows XP.

I close the bug, a blueprint has been created : https://blueprints.launchpad.net/elisa/+spec/apple-remote-control
