There are some problems related to C# 2.0 Generics. We need to implement a simple way for defining Generic (UML 2.0 Template classes) by using a Helper or alike

New class add to help to do so TypeReferenceHelper. Hides type of TypeReference and adds boolean getters to obtain valid TypeReference type so does include their casted types.

There's a bug related to nUML TemplateBinding,[1] it's kind of blocker for the implementation, however skipping the "binding" (for now) is the solution.

nUML bug about Operation binding is fixed. There's already an alfa version on SVN to try.
