Helix DBus service only fastforware/rewind well for rm video.

rm fastforward and rewind well.
 ogg does not fastforwarded/rewind, no effect even fastforwards at any rate
 mpeg4only can fastforward well at rate=2, if rate=4 then it can't smoothly show video.
 mpeg2(CIP codec) can smoothly fastforward at rate=6. can't show video if rate=8.
