So that it doesn't get missed, I figured out why a bug is appearing that's been in MI2 for a long time (probably since the beginning). I added the information to my ticket on curseforge. It's the Zandalar Caps ticket (#6). You'll still have to figure out how you want to fix it, but now you should know the cause of the bug.
