In fact, Mnemododo shares a library with Mnemojojo (a similar J2ME client) which is bundled with the Mnemogogo plugin (for Mnemosyne); as explained rather tersely here: http://www.tbrk.org/software/mnemogogo-devel.html.
You will find the required jar file in the Mnemogogo zip file and the source is available on launch pad: https://launchpad.net/mnemogogo.
