I can finally reproduce 100%

1. Install Mixxx git6359 (fresh install)
2. start with a fresh profile (--settingsPath /path/to/empty/dir)
3. select library directory
4. configure sound hardware with windows WDM-KS
5. scrolling waveforms are broken.
