Bpm rounding was implemented in an external branch here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~raskolnikov/mixxx/round-bpm/+merge/42349

It was dismissed because it was not deemed useful enough. I'm sure if the code has diverged enough that it can be re-implemented quite quickly.
