Sorting does not work in BPM or Date column

Version 1.9.0 (happend with 1.8.2 too).
OS: Windows 7
Sorting in the date column doesn't work at all (format example: 25.08.2010), Mixxx sorts by the first digit.
The BPM column also gets mixed up sometimes, especially when a song is loaded to a deck and the tempo is analyzed for the first time.

Hey SomeGuy, thanks for the report.

The BPM issue is a symptom of Bug #700802. As for sorting the year column, I don't believe we have anything special in place, that column is just sorted in alpha-numeric order. It's kind of a mess because many tracks encode the date very differently so it's hard to find a sorting method that will cover them all.

Are you talking about the Year column or the Date Added column? The date added column sorts correctly for me. The year column is all over the place because it comes from the ID3 tags.
