In the 1.9 branch (as of r2696,) Mixxx shows incorrect channel pairing for multi-channel pair devices: Channel 1-2, Channel 2-3, Channel 3-4, etc. This occurs on Windows and Linux, regardless of API.
I haven't tried to see what happens if I pick odd pairs but I can't imagine good things.
