Comment 16 for bug 671632

Could someone describe what this implements? Is this just grouping of crates or it also modifies a crate tracks depending on the ones on its parent?

I've downloaded the code and when I try to create a crate I get a dialog saying: "An unknown error occurred while creating crate: New Crate".
